Band saw drain question

This band saw i got used works well. But the water i feed to the blade via siphon .... via that airline tubing.... doesn't drain via the drain hole below. It spills all over that base....

So when cutting i put the unit on a plastic tray and drain tray at the end.

Any idea why it isn't draining via that front hole(i put a half inch tube in that)

Here are a few things that might help.. Make sure your drain line coming from bottom of saw isn’t clogged, clean the drain channel on cutting table, reduce flow of cooling fluid, install leather Wiper on blade.
