Hello everyone...thinking about adding a banded coral shrimp to my 29 gallon BioCube, no other shrimp in the tank. I've read many conflicting opinions on these guys, are they as bad as some would say or has anyone had good experiences with them? Thanks in advance...

I have kept at least 1 of these in every reef tank that I have ever setup. I have not had any issues with them.
What else are you keeping in the tank?

2 clownfish, 1 bicolor blenny, 1 firefish and 1 blue reef chromis plus a variety of soft & LPS corals...as I mentioned earlier, he would be the only shrimp in the tank...

Take a look at the Yellow Coral Banded shrimp (Stenopus cyanoscelis). It acts as a cleaner in the wild and has a peaceful temperament. We keep them as mated pairs.
