Banded Serpent Bulge

Just noticed my banded sea serpent has a large bulge to his main body. Does he have some type of infection or did he eat one of my astrea snails?

I’ve seen that before. Any chance it caught an air bubble?

I don’t think so. He has been fine all week and I did my last water change last Sunday. I do cause some bubbles but they don’t make it down to his level. Unless he got it from the under side of a rock. A little better picture

New development, he moved next to the glass so we could see his mouth/belly. Looks like he ate the molted skin of my cleaner shrimp. Maybe he just has a food baby?

Yeah - that's all that is. An air bubble would create a point at the center top of the disk. Besides, you can see the antenna (grin).
