I was just wondering because I believe they sand sift and live in sand so just wanted to make sure it was ok.
Thanks for help
No problem. I had a diamond goby several years ago, which is also a sand-sifter. While he couldn't sift cc, he still dug tunnels in it. He also swam around grabbing food at feeding time. FWIW, most fish will adapt to their new environment. The most important aspect is making sure they're receiving the proper nutrition... i.e. if it's a planktivore, feed it plenty of plankton.
Stay away from the fine sand Sleeper puts it everywhere![]()
Thanks for the tip, glad to know I should be able to House one.
Have you kept sand sleeping wrasses with crushed coral before? I always wanted one but thought crushed coral would prevent it.
Yes. Again, they find a hole or crevice in the rockwork.
