Bangaii cardinals

Has anyone in Canada or anywhere else, noticed that bangaii cardinals are hard to come by? For at least 6 months everywhere I look I can't seem to find any in stock. Is there something going on with them? Commercial shortage or something?

Ya I'm pretty sure they are all captive bred in the hobby. But I cant seem to find them.
