About two weeks a go I noticed my couple of Bangaii cardinals made the long tentacle anemone their home. To my surprise this morning I spotted two babies chilling in the safety of the anemone. Tha male cardinal has at least another 4 babies in his mouth. This is so nice and makes me a happy reefer. I have a 90 gallon mix reef tank. Any sugestions for carring of this babies. Thanks guys :) see pics below.

I can't give you any helpful ideas but can tell you that is awesome! It's funny how different creatures take care of their young and especially great that this happens with our help

Thanks. It is indeed awesome. :)

Congratulations! They will appreciate small live foods, but should also be able to feed on many types of powered powdered coral food. Good luck!

WoW, that’s a great reward for all the hard work you do for your reef, congratulations.
Can you tell us how old is your tank? How large is your tank? And how long have you had your Bangaii?

You can raise them up using selcon and spirulina enriched bbs, first you want to move them carefully (don’t use net) into an isolation box or nursery tank. I have mine in an isolation box in sump for about 2 month then into a nursery tank. Feed at least three times a day

I started a year and a half a go with a 60 gallon. 3 months a go I moved everything to a 90 gallon with a sump. Bangaii have been with me since the start. I originally got 3 but one did not make it. I got them from live Aquaria.

Congrats! This is great to see :) I dislike baby pretty much everything.... except fish, they're just cute (and quiet)

Wow, I love them! I got 7 and I think one is full of mouthful thus hide a lot. Now I don’t even seem him just hope for the best.

This is awesome! Since i got into the hobby years ago, these have been for me one of my top all time fish to keep. Simple, yet add so much to the tank! Congrats!
