Banggai Cardinalfish

Hey reefers I have a Banggai Cardinalfish that doesn’t look like he’s doing good I’ve had him for over 3 weeks and tonight he is swimming funny like he lays on the sand bed then tries to swim and back on the sand bed. My test levels are zero

He barely eats and I feed my fish Mysis,brine ship, quril and pellet
