Hi There,
I've been looking for better bulkheads than the standard ABS schedule 40 fittings. I just have bad luck with them leaking on my returns so I switched to Dr. Foster and Smith Schedule 80s with great success - but Dr. Foster's and Smith is being shut down
.
I found these gems recently on Grainger. Waaaaaaay cheaper than BRS. Amazon sells them as well, but they are cheaper for me to pick up locally. They are made of Polypropylene. I wasn't sure if this was reef safe or if the fittings would be different as I would be hooking 3/4" loc-line to this for my return.

Polypropylene is generally aquarium safe...
