please dont attack me from asking this and i haven’t bought it yet because im not sure... so the question is can i keep 1 in a 2 gallon tank..? the fish will be the only one livestock in the tank and thats it.. so if i could keep the water parameters alright.. specially the salinity levels.. will it be ok to put one..?
tank name: fluval spec
light: aqualighter nano marine
water params: (not cycled yet)
not modded

do you have any recommendations on a fish that dont hide that i can put in 2 gal

uhh, idk dude, I've never even seen a tank that small. And I'd think if there were anything you could put it there it'll be tiny and probably hide.

@eatbreakfast might be able to suggest something. I'd suggest getting a bigger tank lol

Research Pseudomugil cyanodorsalis, a rainbow fish that can take sea water levels of salinity and wide swings of temperature. I can't tell you where to buy one, however -- if you find a source please let me know.

They only get 1-1/2 inches. My ycg is all I've over the tank and loves my finger leathers. Keeping salinity on point will be hard. You'll be topping that off 4-5 times a day. May I suggest 20 gallon.
Maybe a clown goby but even that's pushing it.

i actually have a smaller reef tank lol... and i only top it off twice a week...

you could try a ycg or a gcg. Stay really small. Maybe a fake branching coral to rest on. But thats about all. Mine swims from coral to coral .
