Barbed Elbows

I need some 1/2" barbed elbows, and the ones made by TLF are difficult to find. Has anyone used these by Rainbird on their reef tanks? http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rain-Bird-1-2-in-Barbed-Elbows-4-Pack-BE50-4PKS/202078368

Doesn't say what they're made of, but they should work fine. I've found the selection of nylon fittings to be very spotty - it seems like some combinations/sizes just aren't made
