Bare bottom on Glass ?

Ive been reading alot about bare bottom tanks. Seems as most people say to use starbord. Im not wanting to do that. So my question is does anyone go bare bottom with no protection ? Im just a lil worried about pressure on my glass. But then again i guess my rock is sitting on it like that already...


So someone ease my nerves! Im tearing everything down on thurs...

Lots of barbottom systems out there on glass. Glass is supporting the substrate and the rock anyways. Your supposed to seat your base rock against the glass before stacking your scape anyway.
