So I'm setting up a 75 gallon rimless tank. I am going with a bare bottom display. I have a few questions..

Should I go with a fuge with no substrate and run cheato only?

Should I run a deep sand bed in my fuge to make up for no sand in the display ?

Anyone running a sand in there fuge on a Barebottom tank ? If so do you have problems with sand transferring from sump to display via pump ?

Any one thing miracle mud worth it ?

Could I just run biopellet reactor and not deal with sand ?

Or should I run sand and biopellets ?

Here is a pic of my rock work to see what surface area I'm work with
