Barium Question

Past few ICPs had barium running high. I did a few %30ish water changes over the course of a week. Waited a week and then sent in another ICP test and this was my result. Still kind of high, Anyone have any ideas where it could be coming from? I read some old forum posts that said maybe GFO? But I do not run that on my tank. Not sure if its even a concern, Just figured I would get some opinions.

I’d ignore it as barium is not very toxic.
