My dad put a barnacle in my tank, it was on an oyster shell, is that good for the tank?

and yes I’m aware of my algae problem, I’m dealing with it now

I just did a water change, if I took it out where would I put it, I don’t want it to die

It won't mess up the parameters, even if it dies, which it probably will because it is likely from cooler waters if it was on an oyster.
