Barnacles in my tank????

I am not sure if they are barnacles, as I am very new at this, but that is what it looks like to me. I also have tiny white looking shrimp and am wondering if that bad too?

What do I need to do about this? I could not get a picture of the tiny shrimp looking things:/

The little shrimps are pods and are a good thing!
Now for the barnacles I don't seem to see any alive ?

I haven't either but the shells did not have those barnacle looking holes last week.

Look real close at them.. they are filter feeders and you will see "hairs" from them

Whatever those are, they look dead and gone to me.

Nope, not at all. Especially since they are dead.

So I'm a beginner to salt water tank but recently just purchased a tank. Maybe 63 or 72 gallon ‍ dont judge me. So I bought live rocks and a rock came with a barnacle.i dont know if it's good or bad??. So far I've only seen one. Is it harmful to my tank or fish or corals that I later want to introduce?

Are you talking about the white spots on the rock in the upper left picture or the empty barnacles on the big shell?
Maybe we are not looking at the same thing.
