I have a 125 gal display with dual overflows. Each running 1" returns and 3/4" feeder lines. I would like to change over to a basement sump, but right now I only have 2 pumps to choose from and am not sure whether I will be ok. Either way I am going to pick one up to have on hand.

I have access to a Blueline 55 vs Mag 24?

Will either of these provide enough flow at 10' of head and a straight shot up and down. No elbows. I will be right under my tank. And I will be running PVC the whole way.

Any help would be great.

I have a Mag 24 on my 300G with basement sump mine is pumping 12' up with 4 45 degree elbows with no problem. I actually bought 2 thinking I would need to run both and decided 2 would be to much. I have a back up in a box I have yet to plug in. :-)
