bashea 2/24 skimmer overflows the bottoms out?

hi all. missed all the reefers so happy holidays and man am i glad its over. Anyway the title pretty much summs it up n need ideas .this skimmer is well broke in +2 years and this happened after i cleaned it

Honestly I should have told everyone I found the problem. Its a 3 piece part in air chamber but it looks and feels a solid price. If you take off the large o rings( that looks like the rest cause its ribbed) Any way took it apart n çleaned well and must say its working better than before. Thank you though
