Bashsea Bio-Reactor Help

Anyone used the Bashsea Bio-Reactor before that might be able to help me out with setting one up? I swear I have everything hooked up correctly and have watched multiple videos with them hooked up the same way, but mine continuously shoots streams of water out of the air release fittings on top and pushes no water back into the tank. Shoot me a PM if you’ve got one and might be able to help

Were you able to work out the water out the two (2) air release fittings ?
I am having the exact same problem on my 8/30.
I ended up just putting vinyl down tubs routed to the sump...
