So I just got my corals in the mail today I put them in my new quarantine tank and I haven't put the light on them yet I figured they need to de-stress out from the shipping from New York to Arizona now what do I do to get these guys growing good? I have a zoa Polly racordia and a goniporia. How or what should I feed them and how often?
Thanks guys!

Hi,

I would start by dipping the coral before placing them into the display tank.
New coral needs time to acclimate and destress, low lights can help reduce the stress. Then slowly ramp the lights up throughout the week.
Water quality is honestly one of the best ways to maintain healthy Corals and fish. Coral for the most part through the processes of photosynthesis create their own food, but a good variety of blended foods help them grow. Zoos like to climb, put them in an angled rock etc.
