BAT feeding and growth rates?

So, I've got this super cool rainbow BTA and a pair of fully grown Darwin ocelaris clowns. I'd love the clowns to go in the nem, but it's just way too small. It's only about 2" across and the female is about 3" long. I've been feeding it my homemade frozen blend, cod fillet, scallops, shrimp and oysters blended up from small chunks to mush consistency. I'll thaw out a small chunk and grab a piece(cod or scallop, the shrimp and oysters got pureed) with my tongs and set it on the nem. It always grabs it and pulls it into it's mouth. What do you feed your nem and how fast do they grow?

I feed mine a small slice to shrimp twice a week, along with my regular feeding. My green bta's are happy and the clowns have there own anemone to host in.
