Def agree with going with a battery in this situation. Much more cost effective. Computer battery backups are meant for a temporary safety precaution for computers and servers...they are meant to carry high loads for little time...while you can do low loads at high time, it is not cost effective. You are paying for protection guarantees on your computer.
That makes sense. You may be able to get 2 safety connectors and run your wires to the same battery if the tanks are near each other. I'd just get a larger battery if you plan to run both pumps off one battery...
