I can’t find the post here (maybe I was just dreaming about r2r lol), but i thought @Battlecorals was going to post a frag pic too so we can all compare growth during the growout? Lol i think someone should get something awesome if they’re able to beat Adam’s frag growth

I laughed when I read this,, because I have been in Falmouth the past 2 days on a work trip. No time to do any swimming, but it sure has been hot. Heading home tomorrow and can't wait to check on my tank.

I am hoping to get a frag tank up in the next month or so. I am going to put all T-5 over it. I haven't decided yet if I will move the snipes over or leave it under the LEDs on my 180.

You guys are good! It's no worse for the wear I guess, considering it was knocked off into a chalice and then again into the sandbed the next day. Well besides the putty and glue everywhere now. Haha.

Here's a no light, besides room florescent, pic of it tonight. Hopefully it encrusts some in the next couple weeks and I'll move back to display tank.

And I'm having a similar dilemma. I have T5/Kessil hybrid over my tank now. Debating if I should ditch what I have and put my old Lumenarc Mini Stealth over this tank. Kinda leaning towards the Lumenarc to be honest.

My frag tank has a kessil 360 and a reefbrite xho over it right now. It's connected to the main display. It's great at pumping up the colors, but doesn't help growth all that much. I'm planning on getting a t5 fixture and keeping the reefbrite there sometime soon. My display has a 8 bulb t5 and 2 kessils, growth is much better up there, unless of course the frag gets trampled by the fish and ends up in the sand. Lol

I've had a frag of this coral in my tank for months now. Besides my new contest frag of course. It seems to be pretty resilient to mishaps, IMO. I Think you'll be ok.

I think the better growth is coming from the T5s myself.
