Maybe I'm just missing something and the new polyps grow weird on these guys but it looks like yours also has some type of nibble action on it

Maybe. I haven't seen anything picking at it. I've never had great polyp extension on it.

Just want to post a pic of it after tank crash and lost most of my sps.
I was just going let the die off so I can do a reboot
6+ mo with no skimmer, only 1 light, no dosing pumps , just ato running.
I decided to clean the front glass and couldn’t believe it still alive and kinda growing.

I broke out the camera this evening to document some other acros and snapped one of these as well. Also upped the light intensity by 10% this week but based on what yours has done, I suspect it wont make much of a difference as they followed roughly the same coloration patterns.

29 Dec 2018 (few days short of 12 months). Almost all the brown has dissipated and some soft teal/green undertones are starting to come out.

Still kicking but it was moved again. Every time it starts to color up, I end up changing something that affects it. Hardy coral but testy in regard to color.
