so a few weeks ago i added 2 larger pieces of dry rock to my 110g tank. I felt like my original rock work was not enough. So now i have what i believe are dinos. it is long brown stringy stuff on my rocks and sandbed. Tank has been up since May and most rock had been in a biocube since January. Tank was pretty stable when i added new rock. Then phosphates went to .5 and nitrates to 30+. I did a water test again this past Saturday and phosphates are down to .1 nitrates are 25. I am dosing weekly with vibrant. Will this stuff go away eventually or should i be doing something else?

You might want to post some images and list your water parameters. A UV might be an option long-term.
I have a uv and last water check showed phosphates at .1 and nitrates at 25
