Bayer dip for zoas

I only use Bayer now and I just got my first zoas my mix is 1oz Bayer and 1g water for 15min worked for all my other corals. Zoas will be fine in it then right. What corals won’t be fine in my Bayer mix for 15minutes

I have never experienced a coral that was not fine in Bayer. I usually don't do zoas in it, but they should be fine.

Ok thanks. I have only had my tank for 3 months and that’s the only dip I have used. My lfs uses it for everything but shrooms I guess

I usually use Bayer for anything stony and coral RX/iodine for everything soft. I also make the dip mush stronger than most and have never had any issues.

Ok I used it on gsp so I should be fine. I heard coral rx is being discontinued. At least at my lfs. I think they are going to only sell Bayer or nothing at all because they say that nothing works good to do anything worth it

I found that iodine works best for zoa's

Well all the lfs are closed and same with some other stores so I can’t get it. Have ur zoas made it with Bayer

All of my zoas get the bayer complete dip and I make it stronger.

Bayer Complete Insecticide. You buy it from Lowes or online in the garden/home section. It's an insecticide for you yard, but doesn't hurt corals and kills lots of reef tank pests. Not opening zoas you are probably better off with hydrogen peroxide, Furan-2 or Bifuran dips.

Do u knpw where i cud find some info on hydrogen peroxide for zoas. I have some coming in tbe next day or so i want to know the ratio i shud mix and how long i shpuld keep them in there.

people do various levels and time. 3% peroxide solution. I usually use tank water put the zoos in and add peroxide until they start bubbling. I usually let it sit there for 2 - 3 minutes.
