Pls share some pics and info on this coral.

Lighting
Placement
Flow
Anything else you may wanna add!

I have one and it was sick looking for the first few weeks than turned into a flesh colored piece while it encrusted. Starting to color back up a bit.

Any short cake would be fine doesn't have to be the BC piece.

Mine a few months after I got it. Not nearly as impressive as the BC pic, but it will get there. It's doubled in size and has encrusted the plug since this pic. Got to get a more current pic.

Here is my tan frag! Haha it just starting to get some green back.

This is my BC Hyperberry. It got a little beat up in it's first few weeks in my tank. It spent a day rolling around on my sandbed. It has since recovered pretty well. It still has weird structure due to it's rough life, but the colors are getting there. It's laid down a nice base, so hopefully it will take off soon.

It's pretty low in my tank. About six inches off the bottom of my 30 inch deep tank. Under OR 247's LEDs

Ok, here is my ORA shortcake from my build thread. Not a recent pic, it has really spread out and I fragged it since then.

Thanks! It gets 300-350 PAR for 8 hours per day. I don't know how much flow is in that spot, but in general it would be considered heavy - it's in my 120 and there is a 150 gyre at 100% constant, mp40 qd at 100% reefcrest mode and another older mp40 at 80% reefcrest mode.

Ps I know your in iowa @hart24601 I'm in davenport. We should check each others stuff out one of these days!

That thing has alot of tip color. Pink or whatever it is! Looks cool adam.

Here's my Shortcake. Under t5 about 350 par, moderate-high flow. Fast grower for me, grew this from a frag in about 4 months.

Yes we should! Side note: I was in Davenport on the way back from Philly and managed to convince the GF to stop at the two nice fish stores I hear about in Davenport - they blow away the ones we have here in DM. Must be nice to have a brick store that actually has livestock and dry goods people use!

Lol. I know. One is a newer type and the other is a old school both have the advantages
