BC Rainbow Brite Showoff

One of my favorite Tenuis. Really love the growth pattern on this colony especially. This photo is taken under blue LED with an orange filter and pretty darn close to what it looks like under blues in real life.

Anyone else have Rainbow Brite colonies (or XL frags) to share??

Wow! How long have you had that? I've had mine for 2-3 years and it's still a large frag. Not even close to colony size.

I've had it right at one year. Got it as a frag last December from Adam so I'd say it's a pretty fast grower for me.

What kind of lighting you have yours under? Mine been getting pretty high par at about 450.

Mine is sitting under ATI T5 / Reefbrite XHO so plenty of light.
Although it has been through a couple swings due to constantly moving... Hopefully it'll start to take off now that I'm done moving for good!

Nice! yeah, that looks great. one of my more underrated acros for sure. I had this one a long time now. Predates the Disney by a few years at least. It's definitely a fast grower once it hits critical mass in my experience.

Any difference than the Disney JR? Here’s a side by side. Rainbow brite is to the left, very similar.

Here’s mine now. Got it July 2017. Had some up and downs in the tank, and only this frag got a soft bubble (bacterial infection?) which I scraped off shown in the picture.
