BC "The Last Supernova"

Wanted to see if anyone has a battlecorals "the last supernova" I just got a frag from BC. Curious why it isn't more popular, the colors are crazy on BC colony. My 1in frag has 3 colors in it. If you do have one post a picture please !

I'll take one tonight when sun goes down. I don't have a fancy camera so S10 picture is the best it will get.

I have an old Galaxy S6 and it takes better photos of my tank than my $600 Nikon!

What??? The pictures always come out pixilated, blued and you never see the correct colors when I use this phone.

I think there is a "sticky" in the photography about taking better cell phone pics.

You need to go to pro mode and get some clip on filters. I find Samsung cameras to be pretty accurate if you know how to adjust everything. It blows my iphone XS max out of the water for reef photos, and I’m using an old S7

Best I was able to get during day yesterday , hard to see color with sunlight. Will try tonight after sun stops shinning in.

I just got a frag as well. Mine is pretty much orange and green. I can't wait for the colors to develop.

I just took this one of my new clown with the S6. And right now my tank is still mostly blue spectrum.

This one is of my old tank just before I tore it down.

They look OK to me.

And Sprint is shocked I still use an S6. Heck, the battery was dying and they had trouble getting it out. The broke the screen getting the battery out. I got it back with a new battery, new screen and new case and just the old mother board! I pay for the insurance so it cost me nothing but some time.

Ok here's the best I can do.. the base is blue in life, it doesn't come through as much in the picture. Green and orange on the rest.

I got one in a battlebox a few months ago. I had to cut 1/2 off as unfortunately it started to stn. It is hanging on but in sleeper mode. I can’t wait for this one to wake up and see what it brings. Adams pictures look great and they always reflect pretty close to what the coral will look like

Wondering if anyone else who has this frag could give me some hints as to how to keep it. It's been a really slow grower for me. Does it like less intense light compared to other acros?

Bumping this old thread to @Battlecorals . I'm having the same issue. I've seen very little growth after about 5 months and it isn't really coloring up. Mostly green with (very little) hints of orange.
