Reefs2go.com will send you your first order on time however after that they have the worst service ever. They will send you 2-3 emails that your shipment is on its way and it's not. Many people have warned me about them. I highly recommend not ordering through them. Numerous times the weather has been in good temps and orders have been delayed. I even got an email when I complained stating that it was fed ex fault. It should not take over 2 months to ship an order.
People need to be aware of this terrible service!

Here's a good one. I went onto a thread for reefs2go to update them on the delayed order again. When I reply it says I no longer have permission to post on that thread. What does that tell you???
So sad they would rather lose customers then keep them.

Stupid ?.... New here and how do I start a thread... App on my phone..maybe it doesn't have a menu I need...

To start a new thread is in the upper right corner. "New topic"

I click upper right and only option is refresh, report, reply...

You need to be on the page with options for the location such as
New to saltwater....
Click it then in the upper right for new topic.
You can't do a new topic if you click on a topic which is probably what you are doing

So my order that was suppose to go out last week was rescheduled to go out this Wednesday March 19th and I would receive it Thursday the 20th.
I got an email early today stating that it would ship out on Monday which would be yesterday. I sent them an email complaining and just now got a fed ex confirmation that it went out on Monday and I would receive it tomorrow. Well I took off work on Thursday so I can get the package and now it's coming tomorrow. I work a 24hr shift and the package will be lost.
Very very poor judgment and customer service. Many people have complained and I thought id do a small try out ordered $60 worth of coral. Came on time great packaging and I got it the next day. So I ordered about $200 worth and it's been over 8 weeks and not eve overnight shipping. just lost a lot of business from me.

They sent it out yesterday told me about it just now and I work tomorrow. What to do?
The order will most likely die and they won't refund me most likely.

I'd refuse the order; it's going to be dead anyways and there's no other way I can imagine a successful dispute occurring.

Man I'm sorry klown... If it's been sitting in the mail I would probably refuse it too. Hit the cc company up and dispute the charge.

Been thinking of trying Aquacon.com... Any feedback on them?

I got someone to intercept the package. They will put it all in a bucket I have w saltwater I can only get to it tomorrow morning. Most likely the shrimp will arrive dead. I had a crab once delivered overnight it was the same temp outside and it arrived dead. I should just have it returned back but then they won't refund my money blaming me for the loss. At least if I get it I can save what's alive and hope they refund or resend what ever doesn't make it. It may take a few months though

Lame man. If you need any pods, I am selling some. Just waiting on my heat packs before I post a for sale thread :)

Good luck...

Shrimp survived. Cloves dead. One ricordea won't stay on frag no matter how much I glue him down. I can't tell of another is alive. Still waiting on the other half.
