So, I hear other said Aptaisia X can kill your coral but i was skeptical till today i treated mine.
I took my sps out of the tank and injected it directly to Aptaisia since i dont want any chemical in my tank ( i could be wrong doing it this way). After putting it back to the tank i saw the tissue was damaged, coral still alive with PE.
I'm not sure if my tissue will grow back or not but Aptaisia was gone.

Geez. Thanks for the heads up. I'm all for going the natural method (berghia nudi), then passing them on to the next guy so they don't starve...slower method but safer. I'm sorry for your coral damage and I thank you for posting your experience with this product. There are many, variables in using chemicals in our systems and the devastation they can cause is scary. I hope your coral recovers.

Aptasia X would not do that to an acro.. aptasia x is completely reef safe as long as it is not digested by your coral (which is why you squirt it into the aptasia' mouth) the liquid hardens after it gets ingested, inhibiting the aptasia to further feed/digest anything else. I'm currently using this to work on my nuisance paly problem in a heavily stocked 30g mixed reef. After breaking down, aptasia x is also completely reef safe... there must have been other factors contributing to your coral's demise

You took your sps out of your tank? Where did you put them and how long were they out of your tank. All this aiptasia killer is just kalc paste, so unless you shoot it all over your coral you shouldn't have an issue. You should always turn off your powerheads when using, i believe this is where people have issue's. I have accidentally got it all over some euph and they looked terrible but within a few hrs were back to normal. But my guess is you bleached your sps in the move. Luckily you still have PE so your sps will hopefully recover.

+1. Cant knock a product if it's not used properly.

I took it out of water for about 5s then injected directly to few spots on coral where Aptaisias are present then dipped it to a cup of tank water before put it back to the tank. The process took about 30s. Bleach spot on my coral is where Aptasia dripping to that makes me believe that Aptasia X killed my coral tissues.

Well that is a tough situation. If you have aiptasia growing on your sps you have a few options. Cut the sps away from the aiptasia, use natural predators or use an aiptasia x type of solution. In all situations your sps is at risk. The one you took is tough because if you squirt this solution on your sps it will burn it due to such a harsh change in alk, calc, ph....etc. So you more than likely burned off the acro skin. Hopefully you still see PE on the sps and it may recover.

All that being said you can't blame the product for this as I'm sure there is a warning to turn off powerheads, and not to use on coral. But we live we learn! : )

You are so right, the harsh change in alk,ca burned my coral. I couldn't think of that.
Thank you

I'm going to cut it off right now caused they pop up again this morning.

Your in a tough spot now as the coral isn't doing well so if you cut it there is a good chance it dies. Think of it as someone who is going to have major surgery but has pneumonia....probably best to wait for them to get better before the operation. I would wait until that coral has color before cutting on it.
