i think its a very nice scape, well thought out for something that might not need more flow. I do really like the lay out and the arches, its very much like mine. remember anything on the sandbed will create traps for detritus, doesn't allow the flow to pick up all the left over food and fish waste, so the less you have on the bed the better off you are. but its good to remember that once its done, very hard to change down the road when you encounter issues. here is what i would change.

Looks awesome. I can't tell from the pictures but make sure you have plenty of caves and crevices for the fish to sleep in at night and retreat to when chased. Also, with such a tall rock-scape, I assume you have glued them securely and they are resting on the bare bottom. Totally a great looking tank! Make Phoenix proud!!
