I can't seem to get my overflow to quiet down. I'm limited on space and this is what I have so far. My main drain has a gate valve that I've toyed with, but still can't get it to stop making noise. The red line is the primary, green secondary, and blue emergency. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Slowly close the valve. You should get to the point where you can control the water lever in the rear box. Raise it until it is just below the level of your emergency drain. That should quiet it down

Agree with above to start. The noise seems to be from the waterfall going over the weir.

Also, how many gph are you pushing through the overflow?

That's what I've been doing but unfortunately no luck. I've been told to forgo the hole in the second drain but I think that's wrong

You've closed the main drain almost completely? The more closed it is, the higher the water level in the overflow box will be.

600 gph should be easily handled silently with 1" Bean setup.
