Bean animal secondary drain height

I have my bean animal drain set up and it's working pretty good but it's still a little bit louder than I think it should be.

Using 1.5 in PVC. But I'm still uncertain about is a secondary drain and how high it should be in the overflow box and that's what I'm needing help with or some guidance of attached a couple pictures they're difficult to see but maybe you could guide me and tell me if it's high enough or needs to be lower

Just to add the white one is the secondary the one on the right is the primary and the one on the left is the emergency.
 
Not sure if you still have the issue, but if you are getting waterfall noise you should raise the secondary drain to closer to the weir. That's the one that sets the water level in the overflow. I had to raise mine to reduce the waterfall noise to where it was almost above the weir.
