Beat Dinos - What do you guys think this is?

So I had a little battle with dinos and wiped them out by stabilizing my nutrients and running a UV sterilizer. Now I got some uglies (which I know is desirable with the fight against dinos). This algae is green, fast spreading, and does not scrub off with a toothbrush. It appears to be a hard algae but can it be coraline? What do you guys think it is?

That is green coraline. Keep watching and soon you will start to see little purplish dots start to crop up on the green. That’s exactly how my coraline algae started. Green then purple.

Will the sandbed clear up eventually? You can see it is even getting to the sandbed.

Ours did. But we do vacuum the sand when we do a water change

Could be coralline. Is your Alk steady? I see a turbo munching on your rocks. That’s good! If the snails are eating it,
then my guess is it’s still regular algae.

Either way, your tank looks good and is progressing nicely!

Yes, alk is steady. Those turbos are trying to eat it but it isn’t coming up from the rocks cause it is like encrusting the rock it seems. Usually you can see their trail lol.

I will check out that white sand method.
