Beaten Damsel

So my damsels have been beaten pretty bad due to my pbt. Is there any sort of medication, chemical, treatment of some sort or whatever that i can use to ensure he doesnt get infections and whatnot. Overrall just help him heal or do i just wait and keep the water quality good?

Hes still in, his aggression may be getting a little better but im going to give it a few more days and see. But i may try that, thanks.
