Can you id this nem. It was labeled bta. Not so sure anymore

Looks like bta when it's settled it will fill with water and you will see the bubble it will inflate and deflate and move around until settled

Yes. It is a sand bed anemone. Does not need a lot of current. Reasonably good light. They are hardy but can, once healthy, be a fish eater. Not any where even near as dangerous to the fish as carpets. Very beautiful large anemone. Your will be purple. Will be nice.
 
Not a BTA and agree as i just saw Orion mentional long tentacle which is much better and should be cheaper

Do they attach like a rfa. I mean attaching to the rock under thr sand or is glass good enough

They go deep. Glass is fine but your anemone is small. Have a small rock he can attach to so he stay put then he can go deed on the sand. Then you can remove the rock.

Did you buy it from petco cause they don’t know their heads from tails when it comes to saltwater livestock it seems
 
Its foot is right next to some rubble. Covered with sand. This was stressful. Its going to be beautiful Once its settled in
