I wouldn’t put that in my tank without dipping and scrubbing big time. That looks like bubble algae covered in cyano or dino slime
The cyano is no issue. And I see there is some paly/zoa polyps attached. Fine.
HOWEVER...
Dropping foreign corals in your tank without serious dipping & scrubbing is well... against my reef religion. While I am heretical when it comes to quarantining fish (I don't), corals all get dipped every 6 days, three times. So I won't judge you. But you did ask
