Before or after water change?

for phosphate RX, wonder if I should dose it before water change and wait, if so how long?

or dose it after water change and let it ride?

Unless you’re doing large water changes it likely won’t matter too much. If changing >50% then I guess before so you can get residual LaCl out of your tank. Depending on your flow and how much you dose etc probably 15-30min after dosing is plenty time.

It really should be dosed in a filter sock ~5microns.

Sounds like the way to go. It’s going to be roughly 25% water change and 50% strength dose due to the side effects I have heard.
