Before you put your hand in your tank

Hot water, nothing else and if I used soap I will wait 2 hrs or so before dipping my hands in the tank.

Hot water only even then im paranoid when i put them in. I try to only put my hands in when its absolutely necessary.

I try to get soap that isn't antibacterial, even then I am really cautious and rinse for a long time. Most times I just wash without soap.

i usually dont even bother washing ....im more concerned with whats on them when i pull them out

if you get the old original kind of dawn its, safe for all animals and is what they used to wash off all the oil spill animals.... im in no way saying pour it in your tank lol.. but i just use a small amount and rub my arms down real good and rinse off really well. nevre had any problems.

i worked and still do from time to time on cars.... im not about to stick car grease, motor oil, trany fluid etc. into our tanks!

If hands are really dirty i wash with dove fragrance free soap and then i spray my hands and arms with isopropyl alcohol and let dry. If my hands are not filthy i just use the alcohol. I do this because this is what they do at ORA where my fiancé works.

I work in the oilfield, so I'm always covered in oil/grease I just shower normally with lava and cherrybomb and dove and wait about an hour or so. I just use a beard brush to clean under my nails

I never wash my hands before going in the tank unless they are dirty from just cleaning something recently or being outside. Never really had an issue that could be pointed towards dirty hands. I do wash them after being in the tank though.

I am a steamfitter get filthy at work I wash my hands when I get home rinse them well put right in tank never had a problem!
