just purchased a used reef octopus 90 skimmer and was wondering if it will stop producing big bubbles out of the output valve when it breaks in or am I doing something wrong. I’ll post a picture but don’t know if you can see the bubbles

If it was cleaning prior to you buying it, it may take a couple of days to build up some slime on its surfaces. It should then settle down.
