I have a 55 gal tank with two hob filters, heavy nutrient system and I think I want to finally switch to sump. When I move in October I will upgrade this tank to 125 gal so I’m looking to get a skimmer, return pump, and possible the reefmat that will be sufficient for 125g. I can’t drill holes in this current tank so I’m looking at the eshopps overflow. Is dual overkill or will it be fine? Should I go single and when i upgrade my tank make sure I get one that I can drill holes into? Any other advice for setting up a 20g sump?

For a 125 I would definitely go with the dual. I used the smaller version of the pictured overflow on a 75 and it did the job perfectly. As for sumps, if you're going diy, check out the Fiji cube baffle kit for the 20 gallon long. I hope this helps!!
