Beginner's question on algae

So I am cycling a new tank, 2 weeks in and today I found tons of brown spots on the sand and the aquascape. I'm not so sure if it's some brown algae or dino. Can someone tell me what it is and should I be worried about it?

Tank specs:
Tank: ~130l display + sump
Light: Noopsyche K7 pro III
Skimmer: Aqua Excel, skimmer was on from the 2nd week
Return pump & powerhead: Jebao

Coral & fish: One torch and 2 clownfish only

I dose 2 drops of Aquaforest Bio S, Probio S and NP pro as per instruction. Tank has some biomedia from LFS's matured tank as well. Nitrate tested for 10ppm I think. I dont have a phosphate test kit but I assume its higher than 0ppm.

Most likely diatoms, part of the cycle process

Absolutely diatoms.

Add copepods now in preparation for gha or other green algaes. Pods would also help with diatoms.
