Beginner's tank question

Hi everyone! I impulsively purchased a 125 gallon reef ready tank that I saw on Facebook market place. I have used my entire stimulus check (and then some) to buy the stuff I need to get this ready. I am currently cleaning the tank (vinegar and water) and noticed that there are a lot of worms in some spots. Are these something I need to worry about? Do I need to do anything to treat once I get things up and going?

if the tank was dry for a while no. I see a vermetid snail which you don't want, but if they are dead its fine.

How long is a while? I think he had switched to his new tank a couple weeks prior to me buying it.
