Hey guys. I am new to forum, and new to reefing. I have recently set up my first saltwater aquarium. 90g tank with ~20g sump. Drilled with overflow and return plumbing. All equipment was gifted to me by a friend who was moving and couldn't take everything with him. Included was a sufficient protein skimmer (not home atm, but I will update with brands late today), and a very nice LED lighting system. Which is where my main questions comes in...

The light is made by Vertex Aquaristik. I'm not sure what exact model (I can provide a serial number later today), but my question is how to set and program it. There are default and expert settings, as well as customization setting.

The light has settings for white light, blue light, and royal blue light. I can adjust intesnity 0-100%, as well as the timing for these colors, and how long it takes for them to dim/turn on.

The tank has been cycling for about 6 weeks now, and current inhabitants include:
1 Tomato clown
1 yellow-tail damsel
1 regal demoiselle
1 Sailfin tang
1 sandsifting sea star
1 coral banded shrimp
A handful of various hermit crabs and snails
and
1 frag of assorted zoanthid species (which appear to be doing quite well under the "default" light setting after being in the tank for a few days now.

My goal for the tank is to have a mixed reef, but as I am pretty new to this, need help programming the lights to keep everything happy. Any and all suggestions are gladly accepted!

I would try looking on YouTube for programming your specific light. That's what I had to do with both of my programmable lights, even with instructions lol. Welcome to the obsession, I mean hobby;)
