Hello.
I bought a used biocube 32 and it came with a fluval sea power head. Nothing too fancy. It has continuous flow and produces a light flow, not aggressive or even moderate. The only thing in my tank right now is a zoa frag with about 10 heads and 2 clowns. Will the power head and additional flow help with algae or provide any other benefits until I get corals that will actually need the flow or should I keep it shut off in the mean time.

You need the flow to help oxygenate the water, keep the zoas clean, help a filter to clean the water, etc... Flow is a good thing to have.
