Hi everyone,
I just pick up some Benepets to use for very first time. I was wondering what's the point of only using 1 1/2 tsp of water to soak? Why can't I just take a glass and fill it up 1/4 of way full or so and let it soak in that? I won't be target feeding, so I am scratching my head and trying to figure out why so small amount of water.

Sure you read it correctly? I use coral frenzy and it's a 1/4tsp in 1 cup of water

I don't treat it any different than soaking frozen in rodi. I pour some water (can be rodi or tank) into a cup, add whatever amount of benepets I see fit, let it soak and then either pour it in or use a turkey baster. I don't actually measure anything.

apparently its good stuff too. Maritza the vase reef has the most $ in sps coral Ive ever seen in a bowl and it runs on bp only for about 6 straight years now no joke.

I normally recommend diversity in feed but its rather amazing to see how much sps life is sustained literally on that one mix, if it was missing any critical amino acids then the system would've long past shown it. maritza the vase reef, on youtube, about two grand in a gallon
