I've started using benereef cause of the great reviews on BRS. But would like to see if anyone on here has been using it and has it made a big difference in growth and coloration in corals? And does it spike your phosphate or nitrates ???

I use it,

did I notice a difference compared to other coral foods? No

did coloration change or get better? Not that I have noticed

Do I get better growth? Can’t really say, but my corals have been growing very well and look awesome

Did it spike nitrates and phosphates? Not in my tank, I feed coral food daily and have struggled to keep levels above zero for the longest time. But I’m very strict on maintenance and do a weekly sandbed vacuum/ small water change. I’m sure over time if could Cause them to build up depending on your tank or maintenance schedule
