Benggai Cardinalfish Aggression

So about a month back I bought two cardinal fish in hopes to get a pair of them. However now one of them got bigger than the other and is constantly bullying it. I’m planning on moving one to another tank that has no fish but I’m not sure which one I should keep in this tank. I want to have a pair in this tank but I’m not sure how to sex them or if it’s worth putting any other cardinalfish with the aggressive one since it’s so mean . Any advice is appreciated!

A month back I also bought a pair of banggai cardinals. Not so much to pair them up, but I like how they school or group together. I have no idea if I got the right sexes - I just picked the largest, healthiest ones.

I have an existing (large) pajama cardinal so my concern initially was aggression from the much larger cardinal towards the newcomers. I'm pleased to report that all three are getting along fine - including the two banggai cardinals who seem to be cohabitating fine when they're together or roaming around the tank.
