I added 4 Berghias to my 65 gallon back in January. Clearly it wasnt enough because I didnt see any again until 3 weeks ago, and only ever saw 3 of the original 4 adults (I'm assuming).

But last week I found several clutches of eggs in my ovetflow (hooray!).

1) Is it a bad idea to carefully scrape the eggs off the glass and move them to a small tank with a big chunk of aiptasia rocks until they get bigger?

2) Is there anything else I can do to increase the chances that this second generation grows to an effective population? The aipts are still proliferating faster than they can be consumed.

I would leave them there. Safe place and I'm sure there's appys in there to eat.

In time you will see the larva cruising around, just started a small 3 gallon just for the nudis. Took about 4 weeks to start seeing baby’s but today counted 10 about 1/8 of a inch abs and I only added 4 the were 1/4”. In a bigger tank I’m sure there hard to spot just get your flash light out at night and take a peek.

Blacklight flashlights work well the berghia glow in the dark.
