How do you think they would do in a tank with a mystery wrasse?

They would do fine. They are master of disguise and hiding. And as long as you turn off all the lights and submerge them inside the container they come in to avoide being seen as food by all your fish. Once they crawl into hiding in your rock work you will unlikely to ever find them, neither will your fish.

Do they eat other things as well or will they need aiptasia to survive?

Aiptasia only and will starve pretty fast after its gone. I bought 4 for my 108 gallon it had about 50 or so that I could see. They ate all of them in a month and disappeared shortly after. I tried to give them away but no one wanted to come and get them.
